The service
BeeHiveNotes is a free beekeeping journal. It is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be discontinued.
Your account
You sign in with Google or GitHub and are responsible for activity under your account. Don't use the service for anything unlawful or to upload content you don't have the right to share.
Your content
You own the data you enter. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display it to you — and to others for hives you mark public. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Estimates
Honey weight, cell counts and similar figures are rough estimates based on approximate frame capacities. Don't rely on them for commercial, veterinary or regulatory decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for data loss, colony loss or any indirect damages resulting from use of the service. Keep your own backups via Export.
Termination
You can stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
